We have some fun stuff coming here on the blog. Thought I’d give you a sneak peek.
Amy from Great Cake Soap Works will be providing a guest blog tutorial on how to make her incredible Watermelon Soap.
Debbie from Soapy Love has allowed me to interview her on her business and upcoming book titled just that – Soapy Love, available from Amazon.com for pre-order due to ship in Sept. If you are interested in melt and pour soap, Debbie’s book is a great source for fun projects.
Lori of The Nova Studio has begun offering an online version of her Color with Confidence class, among other things. I have purchased the course (big surprise after my confession of having no talent with making colors – none whatsoever) and will provide a review for you all, although I don’t know yet if it is about mixing colors or not. I’ll let you all know.
I’ll also be reviewing some soap, bath and body, aromatherapy, herbal and candle making books soon. I do have set criteria I use to review a book
that I will share with you, hopefully providing enough information that you can decide if the book is right for you. I was a former teacher and a former librarian, so I am well seasoned when it comes to doling out grades and reviewing books.
More articles are coming on Social Marketing with instructions for set-up and use of a business Facebook page and a Twitter account.
If you want me to review a particular book, interview someone in the business you admire, or have a killer tutorial, email me or post a comment. I love giving my readers what they want.
